Hugo, an incorrigible, little pug, is always in trouble! And he is ALWAYS hungry! Come join Hugo as he sets off on his journey with his magical Cat! Together, Hugo and Cat make their way to a grocery store, and after causing loads of trouble, Hugo's character is tested as he has to help save a family of ducks on his way home.
"Book ONE: Hugo's Journey" is the first book of the new The Adventures of Hugo the Round Pug (HTRP) book series! In his great, never-ending journey to find food throughout the series, Hugo faces many challenges and learns about friendship, determination, and good character.
Throughout the series, and with the help of his family and friends, some magical, Hugo also explores many important animal issues during his adventures --animal safety, animal diet, adoption, and senior animal care, to name a few, as well as human issues, such as self-esteem, bullying, and family issues.
